Blargh

Sorry it took so long, Mary-Annie. Here is your page! Thank you for reading GO FISH and asking for a dedication!

Today's Page:
Light was so hard to work with here. It's a dark room, but the page is dark and dark dark dark DARK! So just pretend there is a light source and move on, awright? Also, Tlaloc's eyes glow.

IMPORTANT
I'm taking a short break to figure out the future of GF. I know I've said I was going to do it before, but I really haven't. I just planned out more of the same. This is more a technical future-planning thing. I'm writing out GF in its entirety with some revisions.

Speaking of revisions, after a brief but insightful conversation with someone on deviantART, I've decided that portions of GF that seriously piss me off are going to be redone. This could mean a page, a scene or an entire chapter. This is going to be a long, labor-intensive project that I can and will not put a date on. I feel as though it will save me the fear of hating my comic as well as take care of potholes I've left in the story.

When new pages/scenes/chapters are uploaded, I will notify you here and on facebook, if you follow me there, and you may go re-read that part. Otherwise, you may get lost or wonder why suddenly something hasn't happened (yes, GF is THAT bad...).

Oh God what have I done...

I know this is the suggestion from hell, but you could do what another webcomic, CQB Epics, did. The author took down the entire comic and restarted it, to redo the plot. The art-style changed, the plot is different and the characters also changed, everything redone. I know, I know, this will drive you insane(er), but it's just food for thought.

The actually decent suggestion I still stand by is you getting a co-author. Maybe even just an editor or adviser-type person, just a second brain to help you think.

A lot of people have said it and I still stand by my beliefs. Anyway, I may have found a way to make all parties happy: Redoing sections of the comic. Maybe after enough are redone, the whole comic will APPEAR entirely done over, who knows? It could fail miserably. My biggest worry about it is how would anyone know when a portion gets redone? Not a lot of people check this blog or facebook or dA. I'm still working on it.

Maybe just add a banner on the homepage that announces the latest chapter that has been redone? Since it would presumably be long intervals before each change, everyone should have noticed when a chapter was redone before the next one is.
