Looks like it's coming back around now, try refreshing it a few more times...or wait until tomorrow morning when I'm not sleeping/drowning in my own snot.
Website looks all better now (The same cannot be said of Tlaloc it would seem).
Does anyone else think Tlaloc's excuse is funny? I just realized how hilarious it would be if he was afraid of bees.

Poor 'laloc...re-forming yourself is rough. Though clearly something isn't quite right, or he'd be used to this process...I'm sure he's died at some point before.
As for the fear thing...
Maybe the god of bees vowed vengeance on him for some sleight in the past? XD
Bees can be pretty scary if they come buzzing straight at you. But yes, a very silly excuse.
